Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

Changed your mind? Does an item not fit well? No worries. Any order can be returned within a 14-day period from the delivery date. Please ensure that your return is received at our fulfillment center by this deadline. Returns arriving after this period may be subject to discretionary acceptance.

To facilitate your return, a $15 contribution will be deducted from the refund value. Please note, the initial shipping contribution is non-refundable per our Terms & Conditions.

All returned items must comply with our return policy:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all security tags and labels attached and included in the original packaging.
  • All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box.
  • When trying on footwear, please be careful not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
  • All hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged packaging, where applicable. For lingerie and swimwear, make sure to only try them over your own undergarments, as no worn or soiled items will be accepted for return.
  • All jewelry must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, including all branded packaging and accompanying documents.

Please handle items with care when trying them on, ensuring they can be returned in the original conditon, if needed. Returns that do not adhere to our Return Policy may not be accepted.

At THE FASHION SQUARE, we pride ourselves on offering a unique shopping experience and strive for your complete satisfaction with each order. Our return policy is designed to be accomodating, yet we closely monitor return frequencies. Please be aware that if there is a unusal pattern on returns, we reserve the right to either restrict further orders or close your account. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Return Process

All our return instructions are paperless to reduce our environmental impact.

For all returns, please make sure to include any accessories, branded boxes, or cases that were delivered with your order and use our reusable packaging. Please note that if any element is damaged or missing from your return, we may not be able to accept it.

To initiate a return, please email returns@the-fashion-square.com, indicating your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with all the necessary return documents (Return Label and, if applicable, Return Note) within 2 business days. Please ensure that you ship the return from the same country where your order was delivered. Depending on your location, you can either book a free return collection or bring your return to a drop-off point near you.

When preparing your return, kindly use the original packaging provided by THE FASHION SQUARE. Ensure all brand boxes, dust bags, and cases are included. Affix the Return Label to the package's exterior. If your order arrived with a Return Note, please attach that outside as well. To keep track on your return, make a note of the tracking number. When handling over your package for collection or drop-off, ensure that the courier scans the label to initiate tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive your return at our fulfillment center, it will be promptly processed and undergo a quality inspection before being sent back to our partner boutique. Our partner boutique will confirm the return, which may take up to 5 business days. After their confirmation, we will quickly initiate your refund. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, excluding the initial shipping and return contributions. Please note, the refund may take up to five business days to appear, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Alternatively, choosing store credit offers two significant advantages: it becomes available immediately after the quality check is confirmed, and you'll receive an additional 10% on top of your refund value. This credit can be used immediately on any future purchases, whether you bid or buy.

You can monitor the status of your return through the 'Orders & Returns' section within your account.

Faulty items

Should you receive an item that is flawed, damaged, or does not align with the description on our website, kindly reach out to our Customer Service team promptly. We will facilitate a return and ensure a complete refund for the faulty item.
