Returns / Refunds
Any order or item can be returned, except for final sale items. For the return to be accepted, the return shipment must arrive at our fulfilment center within 14 days of delivery. Returns received after this period may be accepted at our discretion.
Returns must be shipped using the provided return label. Returns sent with an alternative shipping method may be rejected, and any import duties and taxes will not be refundable.
A $15 return shipping contribution will be deducted from your refund, including any duties & taxes charged on the order. For orders over $800, an additional processing fee of $50 applies to ensure that any charged duties and taxes can also be refunded. Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
To be accepted, returned items must meet the following criteria:
General return condition: Items must be unused, and undamaged, with all security tags and brand labels intact, and in the original packaging (including all packaging elements, as received).
For footwear & accessories: Items must be returned in their original branded boxes and dust bags, placed inside a protective shipping box.
For Hosiery, Lingerie & Swimwear: Items must have intact hygiene seals and be in unopened, undamaged packaging. Ensure lingerie and swimwear are tried on over undergarments. Worn or soiled items will not be accepted.
For Jewelry: Items must be returned in its original condition with all branded packaging and accompanying documents.
Final sale items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Handle items carefully when trying them on to keep them eligible for return. Non-compliant returns may not be accepted.
Please note, these terms do not apply if your purchase is faulty.
While we strive to offer a flexible return policy, we monitor return activity closely. Excessive returns may result in order restrictions or account closure. For further details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Request a return: To request a return, email returns@the-fashion-square.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you’ll receive the return label within 24 business hours.
Use the provided shipping label: Returns must be shipped using the provided return label; otherwise, duties and taxes will not be refundable.
Ship your return: Depending on your location, either schedule a free return collection or drop off your package at a courier location. Returns must be sent from the same country where the order was delivered.
Prepare your return & track it: Attach the return label, ensure the courier scans it, and track your return in the Returns section of your account.
Refund Amount: The refund is based on the initial order value, including duties and taxes. The initial shipping fee is non-refundable, and a $15 return fee applies.
Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process. All returns undergo quality control at our fulfillment center before being sent to our partner boutique for final approval. Once approved, we’ll initiate your refund.
Refund Options:
Original Payment Method – Standard refund processing.
Store Credit – Instant processing after quality control, plus 10% extra added to your refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases, including bids and direct buys.
